It seems that there is some connection problem with my Internet connection lately and I tried calling 100 trying to get clarification. But it only gives me more disappointment because the the call just drop with an engage tone after dialing 100, then 2 (for english) and 2 (for Internet Service). Sad enough to say, that their customer service is also down.
Then only to find out from their website that it is due to circuit fault on the Asia Pacific Cable Network 2 (APCN2). But it takes 15 days to fix/re-route their network connection.
