After the last round of PageRank demoted, another downfall then PageRank updates, I believe a lot of webmaster have already removed their text links and payperpost and just left those who are already succesful are not bothered with any pagerank they are having on their homepage.
There is some movement currently, you shall see some ups and down right now. Currently I had a website which dropped from PR 4 to PR 3 which is a little lost but I am fine with it because it is my personal blog, while I am more concentrated in this blog about gaining PagaRank.
