I am currently doing a Internet Marketing plan for my friend mainly for the experience, and I am not earning anything from this. But the good thing is that I have some budget to play with. I am able to try my Internet Marketing skills on a real business.
His business is mainly focus on electronics dropshippers and he is doing quite well in Hong Kong. Two different methods have been used for the current Internet Marketing. Adwords and directory submission.
I would actually advise people to choose the currency with USD during the signup of their adwords because you would not be able to alter it later. I am bidding with HKD and it always seems high to bid because their currency is much smaller.
Also, you will not be able to see the advertisements since it is currently only targeting at certain countries. It is effective because you will not spend money advertising on countries that are not buying your products/services.
The main things I set in this campaign setting are the “Networks section” and “Target Audience”. If you only want people to see your advertisements on Google Search, uncheck others so that you will not see your advertisements on blogs, and other search network.
Changing the location is very good because you could set different budget for different location.
