Most people would say try to include as many Adsense block as possible to fill up their page, that is my first thought. But I was wrong, I had better earning after removing a blocks which earns me at least 30% of the site Adsense income. I have seen website which are filled with Adsense, that I am gone after getting what I need from that website.
Here is an example I have found with one Malaysia website. This is actually operated by a company and they have a few website that uses this same format right after their website banner. I would not suggest that, it may work out well for them, but I will not return to use the site.
What should you do?
Firstly, there is no right and wrong method implementing adsense. Therefore, the best way is trial and error. Try the following:-
- Change Adsense Block Size
- Change Adsense Block Colour
- Change Adsense Block location
- Add & Remove Adsense Block
- Try both Add Unit and Link Unit
Sacrifice some income to test around and you may actually find some ways maximize your adsense earnings.

Yea, its been long said that actually less adsense units might actually be better, this is a result of their unique ad bidding system.
I guess it depends on the content of your website too…
