I am been trying some SEO tricks on Google with a blogspot domain. It seems like Blogspot is highly rated by Google. I picked something which I will have some knowledge at, which is the medical business industry.
My keyword is “Exam Gloves Manufacturer“.
This is not a huge keyword (only 126k competitors) but it is not a bad keyword if your are in this field. Glove ussage is 110 billion a year. If a importer or a distributer are looking for exam gloves (also called examination gloves), he/she would type the product +manufacturer as the search term. As a manufacturer myself, I understand gloves manufacturer in Malaysia would very much like to be listed on the very top for this keyword.
This blog has a total of 6 articles and only one incomming link PR 3 to lead Google spider to my website. This website has only one post activated on January 31st. In 30days, it is listed first on Google Search Engine.
If you are not from Malaysia, take a search at Exam Glove Manufacturer or Exam Gloves Manufacturer at Google, let me know your search result. I used Google.com (US) for my search.

i heard some people do this also, but i did not know how actually this SEO done… really admire you all can make it as 1st listing… I have no idea how it done and no source for me to learn too
there is no source clavyn…it is all trial and error
So easy ah? Then do some blogs in blogspot and link back to the main dot com?
Erm… you could try. It could actually work…..now just need a guinea pig to try …hehe
That was a nice experience, many people in SEO starts their testing on blogspot blogs but when they move back to their domains results are completely different.
Ralph: hehe, I did the complete opposite…I got my domain..but used blogspot to experiment…It is no longer first because I exposed it, but I have domain on blogspot which are still doing very well.
i love doing seo.but it is very frustrating when we dont rank in the way we thought.
i saw the search results right now…and unfortunatly…you’re not on the top of it
yup..it is no longer there…it was just for testing purposes…
