Do you have the time to update all your social profile and micro-blogging profile. But I am seeing that some people are doing that. Currently I have Twitter, Plurk, facebook, FriendFeed, Identi.ca, Rejaw and LinkedIn that are currently supported.
Trigga.me is the service that we are all looking for because you could update all the above social profile with by typing the message once and clicking the submit button once. This is how the web interface looks like.
The interface is simple and similar to most of the microblogging site like twitter. You notice that there is a drop down list at the right. You can make a few groups to group few social profile together. When needed, post accordingly to the groups you need to convey the message.
Currently they are in invitation only, try submit your email and you might get an invitation in minutes.

i use http://www.isstarting.com to update my twitter AND facebook status with one click. I also see if i got new mail on facebook or twitter.
works very easy: first connect with facebook, then connect with twitter and you are ready to go
