This is an unique theme that you may not seen before. It is a Wordpress theme that give you visitor a pleasant feel by telling them that you are changing. While doing that, it also ask if visitor would like to subscribe to your feeds or update via emails. It is quite a simple clean design but the idea is just great.

Hey Adi thanks for sharing this theme. I was creating a plan text file with just few simple sentences that mentioned my blog was under construction, that was not professional though.
