Despite everyone saying that our Malaysian online advertising network, Advertlets are not paying, I still gave them a try and accumulated the minimum payment of RM100. This is because I still see some prominent blogger who promotes their service. My payment is now 2 and a half months due from the day I ask for my payment.
Here is what I have copied out from the FAQ, it seems that they do have the intention not paying or delaying the payment indefinitely because there is no mention of the processing time taken (I though I recall seeing some processing time)
When will I receive my money after I request a cashout?
By default we pay all publishers by check. After your account has accumulated exactly or more than RM100, you will see a cashout button. Once you’ve requested a cashout, we will send your check via mail for Malaysian publishers and Air mail for our Intern
As of today, Oct 15,2008, my payment status remains unpaid.
Did erase my username and shorten the bar so that it could be inserted on this blog easily.
I would guess that they will claim that I have click fraud and it is under investigation therefore it is slow (this is what I have read from other blog comments).
The good thing is that I have switch to other advertisements network after I got my minimum RM100 because of all the rumours. I guess I am not going back then.

yeah..i heard about it before too..with min cash out is RM100, it’s quite hard for new bloggers to cash out…and the fact they’re not paying…is another reason why i removed advertlets all together and switched to NN only…good luck in getting your RM100 …if you want to make a police report…i’m sure there’s a lot of people who wants to join your quest !
Smart move. There are tons of reliable vendors then why you need such people? I kinda run kontera, chitika, adsense. I am happy with these and i think these 3 are the most reliable and serve to maximum countries.
well, seems that they really have major problems :/
life4hire: i don’t think we could report for such a small thing, is fine, they will lose publisher and advertiser this way. The only left nuffnang with no competition.
San Nayak: yup…international company are actually more reliable and could potentially earn more.
I’m sorry to hear things didn’t work out with them. But as other people have pointed out, there are, reputable advertising networks to choose from.
Honestly, i haven’t got anything from Malaysian Advertising network. Maybe because I’m doing OK outside, I don’t mind not getting a piece from the national ad network.
That is quite a bit of them for them to not provide the user of their service with their payment. It can be an occurrence that causes one to want to switch to a different service for hope of a better result.
yes u are right i tried it once and i fail to get the money so i quit that one and using other network
Hope u will recd the money
same with me. I only put advertlets at some blog only. At others blog, i remove that ads..
i guess they having cash flow issue, not able to paid us on time
