Have you tried sempoihosting.com? I heard it pretty cheap as you can choose the bandwidth that you need.

Atniz: thanks for the recomendation…riceblogger is currently hosted by hostgator actually. My Malaysia hosting company is the one that is exhausted of resources, therefore I am looking for another hosting that could load fast for Malaysia visitor because hostgator is not really fast for Malaysia visitor.

Wow.. 25GB disk usage? That is crazy. What you have been using on your hosting server? Why not try hostgator? I’m not so sure about Malaysian market. I’m using it for more than 2 years now and from Malaysia. But, most of my visitors are from US. I think it is ok. The download rate for VPS should be very fast. Plus, they give 75% discount for today only “black” coupon. Get a VPS or business account for 3 years would just cost you less than $100 / 3years. Do you really need VPS or semi dedicated server. The share hosting I am using has minimum 500GB monthly bandwidth and minimum 2GB space. The website is http://www.malserv.com. Server is in US but managed by a Malaysia. I paid via Maybank in RM. It start from USD15 / year to USD 45 /year.
I have used it since April 2008. So far so good.
