Of course I just delete them. I don't know why people bother spamming. Do they not realize it is a waste of time? Is it really that difficult to add a worthwhile comment? I don't mind if people use a keyword as the username, unless of course the url they use links to porn, online pharmacies (I seem to get alot of those), or anything else in bad taste.
