I have bought and installed this Templatic Real Estate WordPress Theme quite long ago but did not find time to promote it as I am quite busy with my new daily job and there is too much to catch up. Templatic Real Estate Theme is specifically meant for one purpose, which is a property classifieds. So I decided to give it a try. I did a Malaysia Property Classifieds. It is quite painless with the install as mentioned on their website, single click auto install. I like that they have included dummy data whereby you could get it started with nice pictures and property ads already posted just for the sick of trial.
The search feature is what make me buy them as I browse through so many wordpress classifieds scripts, very little could do specific advance search feature on a wordpress theme.
Other nice features include the loan calculator, multiple color theme, agent profile site and some small little widget that makes this website great. Despite that, it took me quite some time to add the type feature so that people could search by apartment, link-house, office, shop lots and much more.

This looks like a great template, thanks for sharing it. Its very useful for real estate type sites.
I am thinking of buying this theme, but I also need that extra search field. Where did you find the solution to this, did you code it yourself or you found it on their support forum? Thanks
yup..i did that my own…still got some work to do on that template..
My 5 cents. Theme is beyond buggy. What is even more frustrating is the support’s complete lack of knowledge of their own themes. It takes forever of going back and fourth and communicating in pigeon English to just be able to explain that I’m talking about CLAIMED functionality of their themes that does not perform anywhere close to what it should. They keep on saying that the theme is not supposed to do what it claims to do like they have never seen it in WordPress admin let alone the php/css backend. When I finally manage to persuade them that it does claim this or that essential functionality that simply doesn’t work, they send me to find a developer to fix it.
I’m no novice is WordPress, php or CSS but their obnoxiously buggy and exceedingly messy codes are a real challenge to fix.
I did little alteration on their CSS, but manage to add another field for the property type in their search and form….and I am pretty satisfied…
what problem did you faced?
