It seems that WPCandy is doing an unofficial wordpress day. Wordpress is indeed the best piece of script I have been using so far, and I must say that I have try to play around with quite a lot of CMS and other php scripts. I have even bought a few that are currently running in my other websites. Wordpress is by far one of the easiest to customize, easiest to update, very flexible and it I did not mention that it is free.
It is possible to have wordpress working as a Classifieds script, eCommerce Store, Feed Aggregator, Directory, Publication, and it may just be the suitable script for you. The reason you would use Wordpress compare to other script is because you could add your feed to sites like Technorati, Google Blog Search, Feedster and ping feed aggregator network.
I just know that people who made wordpress are Automattic, and they have definitely did a great job.
yeah! Wordpress is user-friendly. Is easy to use. I am in the transition from blogspot to wordpress..
